Have forgiveness of sin
Acrylic on paper. 12 inches by 16 inches.
This picture has Biblical themes.
Christians are called to "remove the wicked from themselves". (according to The First Biblical Letter of Paul to the Corinthians, Chapter 5, Verses 9 to 13.) If anyone calls himself a Christian but behaves inappropriately - such as being sexually immoral - other Christians are called to exclude that mis-behaving Christian. ("Do not even eat with such a one.")
The black parts of this picture represent the heinous nature of such mis-behaviour. The colourful parts represent hope for Christians who continue in appropriate behaviour. The faintly visible words read: "have forgiveness of sin".
Please note: This painting, done on paper, has a tear on its left edge, about a centimetre long. And it is ready to decay even further, even if it comes into your possession. I just wanted to let you know before you buy.
